Welcome to EICS Summer School!

Thank you for considering EICS Summer School for your summer learning needs. EICS Summer School is now open for registration. On this website, you will find the information you need regarding locations, credit courses, attendance policy, and technology expectations.

Please understand that we will be determining which courses are offered based on student registration - therefore it is ideal to register early. Final considerations on programs being offered (based on enrolment) will be determined by May of 2018. A confirmation document will be sent out via e-mail on or about June 1 confirming start times and class assignments.

Registration Information

All registrations must be completed using the on-line registration process. All fees must be paid on-line for registration to be activated. There will be no refunds or changes for course registrations after June 1, 2018.

*Please note that EICS reserves the right to cancel courses, with a full refund, due to low enrollments. Course costs are clearly indicated on the on-line application.

*Please note: We will not begin processing any course request changes for Summer School enrollments until Feb. 15, 2018.

EICS Summer School Expectations

Attendance Policy

Full attendance is crucial. Students will not be allowed to start at a later date, end early or write final exams early to accommodate any other plans, Students cannot miss more than two instructional days for a 5 credit course, or one instructional day for a 3 credit course. If this occurs, students will automatically be withdrawn from their course.

Students will not be permitted to make changes to their summer school schedule after June 1. We strive to have balanced numbers and we know that all our teachers will provide your student with an exceptional summer school experience.

The EICS Summer School will be operating using the 1:1 Technology policy. The expectation is each student will bring their own appropriate technology with them for use each day (IPad, Tablet, Chromebook, Laptop).
